Call Center
Join our front-line customer service team! As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first voice homeowners hear when they contact Herbert Roofing. You’ll answer incoming calls, schedule inspections, follow up with leads, and help our customers feel confident in their next step. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule roof estimates and service calls
Coordinate with estimators and crews
Enter customer information into CRM
Provide support to sales and operations teams
Requirements
Excellent phone skills and customer service experience
Basic computer and data entry proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required

Call Center Representative
Location: 5411 Dixie Hwy, Saginaw, MI 48601
Compensation: $15 per hour with bonus opportunities
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 2 PM – 7 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM (rotation)

Position Summary:
Herbert Roofing & Insulation has been serving Mid-Michigan for over 50 years and is growing and expanding. We are a multi-million-dollar GAF Master Elite dealer, and we are looking for 2 more people to add to our call center. Previous phone experience is a plus, but no cold calling is required. This position is ideal for a retired sales professional or a young person looking for an entry-level marketing position. No experience is necessary as we provide training. We use the EOS operating system to run our business, setting every team member up for success with clear expectations and accountability.
