We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee our roofing installation. You’ll be in charge of 1 installation crew and guarantee that they understand the scope of work and have the material needed to complete the job. In a fast paced environment like production, the Site Supervisor is an integral part of the roofing process. They must be competent and comprehend operations as well as excel in customer service. You should be able to optimize day-to-day activities efficiently while minimizing the job costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with Production Manager to ensure ordered materials are correct
• Create an open line of communication with customers throughout the project
• Hourly inspections of workmanship quality from subcontractors/crew leader
• Make or delegate corrections on workmanship as needed
• Manage material extras and returns
• Communication with office team on progression of job
• Delegate trailer delivery and pick up for job
• Perform final inspections on every job
• Collect final payments and complete job paperwork

Preferred Experience & Requirements

• High school or equivalent education
• Light construction and/or roofing experience
• A valid driver's license is required and a chauffer's license preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Must be able to climb ladders and walk on all roofing pitches
• Must be able to lift, pull and push 75 pounds
• Basic math and problem solving skills

Pay & Benefits

• $1,000 per week salary
• Full-time Monday - Friday; Long days and weekends during peak season
