We are looking for a Repair Technician to join our roofing repair team. The ideal candidate would have a vast knowledge of shingle roofing systems and be able to communicate with customers effectively. Knowledge of flat roofing systems such as TPO and Duro-Last is preferred. In a fast paced environment like roofing repairs being able to assess an issue and make the proper repairs is important. The goal is to ensure that the issue be fixed properly the first time and leave our customers confident that they chose the right company.

Skills

• Knowledge of how to install and repair shingle roofs
• Knowledge of the Duro-Last roofing system
• MUST have a valid drivers license
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic construction knowledge is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17-$25 per hour

We also offer training for any candidates that lack experience but are willing and eager to learn. This role involves interaction with customers so professionalism is essential.
