DURO-LAST

The Duro-Last vinyl roof membrane is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation consisting of PVC resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants and U.V. absorbents. A weft-insertion knitted scrim that is laminated between two layers of PVC film gives the membrane its strength and durability.

The Duro-Last membrane is available in white, tan, gray, or dark gray. Duro-Last has met or exceeded all major fire and wind code requirements, and regional approvals as necessary throughout the country. These certifications reinforce Duro-Last's leadership in providing the consistent, watertight integrity that building owners expect.

In the commercial roofing industry, reflectivity and cool roofing has been the dominant discussion point for several years, and the Duro-Last® Cool Zone® roofing system has set the standard for single-ply roof reflectivity and the resulting energy savings. Now, terms like sustainability, cool roofs, and cool roofing are receiving a lot of attention, and once again, Duro-Last is setting the bar. But what does sustainability and cool roofing really mean for building owners, facility managers, contractors, architects, and other specifiers? It means that the design, construction, maintenance, life-cycle impact, adaptive re-use, destruction, and recycling of roofing components must help meet the long-term environmental standards demanded by today’s high-performance buildings.
The Duro-Shield metal retrofit roofing system is a cost-effective, single-ply roofing solution that can be installed directly over existing metal roofs. The Duro-Shield system is leak-proof, virtually maintenance-free, and backed by a comprehensive 15-year full warranty or a 20-year prorated warranty. The Duro-Shield roofing system is the long-term way to protect your building against rain, temperature changes, interior drips, ice build-up, and rust and corrosion. If time has caught up with your metal roof, it's time you consider the Duro-Shield roofing system. Contact us today to find out how a Duro-Shield metal retrofit roofing system can help you lock out leaks and lock in your investment.

GAF-TPO

Compared to other heavy-duty single-ply EPDM, PVC and TPO membranes, GAF EverGuard® TPO roofing membrane provides the benefits of all three materials in a single membrane: low installed cost, heat welded seams, white reflective color, and no liquid plasticizers.

When you’re looking for great performance in a value-priced TPO roofing system, look no further than classic EverGuard® TPO. It’s perfect for new construction or re-roofing where excellent performance is required at a cost-effective price. It features the same great performance that all EverGuard® products offer—exceptional seam strength and puncture resistance, outstanding long-term weathering, and easy installation—for maximum reliability.
When you’re looking to avoid the expense of removing an existing roofing system before installing a new one, EverGuard® Fleece-back TPO is the perfect choice. It’s also ideal for applications over abrasive surfaces such as concrete or granule-surfaced membranes, as no protective sheet is required. It also provides great installation flexibility, as it can be mechanically attached, mopped in hot asphalt, or fully adhered using either conventional or low-rise foam adhesives. EverGuard® Fleece-back TPO even has system configurations for enhanced hail resistance.
GAF’s color TPO membranes can transform a traditional roof into an aesthetic attribute. With standard colors, pre-formulated colors, and virtually unlimited custom colors, no other single-ply or metal roofing manufacturer offers more color choices than GAF. Decorative color membranes can complement overall building aesthetics or shingled areas. Most color choices include “Cool Color” technology, helping to increase reflectivity and reduce energy costs. The pigments have been specially selected to minimize fade.
